1. Order Processing and Dispatch

• Prescription Verification: All medicinal orders are dispatched only after a valid prescription is confirmed by a qualified medical practitioner at HairSkin Medix.
• Processing Time: Once the prescription is verified and payment is confirmed, orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

2. Delivery Timelines

We partner with reputed third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery across India. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Mumbai & Metropolitan Areas: 2 to 3 business days.
• Tier 1 and Tier 2 Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
• Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, or remote locations.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package and the delivery location.
• Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at the time of checkout before you make the payment.
• We may offer Free Shipping on certain order values or treatment packages at our discretion.

4. Tracking and Delivery

• Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared with you via email or SMS.
• Non-Delivery/Re-Delivery: If a delivery is unsuccessful because the recipient was unavailable or provided an incorrect address, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

5. Damaged or Tampered Packages

• If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, tampered with, or leaking, please refuse to accept the delivery and immediately notify us.
• As per our Refund Policy, we provide replacements only for items damaged during transit. No cash refunds will be issued for shipping delays caused by third-party couriers.
