Refund and Cancellation Policy

At HairSkin Medix (LEODIUS PHARMACEUTICALS PRIVATE LIMITED), we maintain a strict policy regarding medical treatments and pharmaceutical products. Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Medicinal Products & Kits

A. No Cash Refunds

• We do not provide cash refunds for any medicine kits or prescription products once an order has been placed and processed.

B. Conditions for Refund

A refund will only be processed under the following two specific conditions:

• Incorrect Order: The medicine kit delivered is different from the one ordered/prescribed.
• Expired Product: The medicine delivered was already past its expiry date at the time of the order.

C. Replacement Policy

• If a product is damaged during transit or is found to be defective, we will provide a replacement only.
• To be eligible for a replacement, you must report the damage to wecare@hairskinmedix.com within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (unboxing video or photos).

2. Consultations & Appointments

• Cancellation: You must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
• Forfeiture: Failure to provide 24 hours' notice or failure to show up for an appointment (No-Show) will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee/deposit. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments.

3. Treatment Packages

• Pre-paid treatment packages (e.g., Laser, GFC, Peels) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• In extreme medical cases where a patient is advised by our doctors to stop treatment, a credit note may be issued at the sole discretion of management, but no cash refunds will be provided.
• All packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

4. Refund Processing (If Eligible)

• In the rare event that a refund is approved (due to incorrect or expired items), it will be credited to the original payment source within 7 to 10 working days.
